Journey Creator’s intuitive design tools make it easy to create end-to-end, cross-channel customer journeys that solve business problems and unlock unrealized revenue. In Journey Creator, journeys consist of projects that include applications, business features, and steps, as shown in the chart below.

The projects and their related components are then organized into unique UI flows according to workstream configurations, all of which can occur on one or more channels.


On Journey Creator's back end, applications effortlessly integrate and reference APIs, databases, and/or other applications, allowing output to any front-end client. The following chart illustrates the way objects and properties in Journey Creator are referenced and applied.
